Malaysia Paracycle Prosthetic Project – ISN

• Scope: Design and fabrication of carbon fibre sports prosthetics for para-athletes
• Problem: Athletes lacked tailored prosthetics for performance optimization.

Eagle Attech’s sports engineering team collaborated with Institut Sukan Negara (ISN) to design, test, and manufacture advanced carbon-fibre prosthetics for Malaysia’s national para-cycling athletes. Using 3D scanning, biomechanical analysis, and finite element simulation, the team created fully customized prosthetic limbs optimized for aerodynamic efficiency and power transfer. Each design was prototyped, tested in the Velodrome Nasional Malaysia, and refined for individual athlete performance. The resulting prosthetics are lightweight, durable, and competition-grade, representing a milestone in Malaysia’s sports technology innovation — merging engineering precision with athletic excellence.
